Attended international trade shows and developed market plan to support shows. Extensive work with off shore telecommunications projects. Managed various teams in Europe & Asia on global accounts from both a technical and sales perspective. These efforts were conducted for major Fortune 500 companies such as Intel and Gould Electronics as well as smaller start up firms


Education

Earned B.S. degree from B.G.S.U. and M.S. degree from Western Michigan University in Computer and Information Sciences. While at W.M.U. was research assistant in the Computer Learning Laboratory. 12 hours toward an MBA from the University of Phoenix Continuing Education in various types of engineering management and problem solving techniques including work at the QFD Insitute. http://www.qfdi.org. Also worked in the area of TRIZ ,a problem solving methodology. TRIZ is often used with QFD techniques to build and manage project teams and drive project design goals.
